World War Three may have already begun in Iraq and Syria

Prophecy Sign:  The future prophetic Middle-East War(s)

The future of both Iraq, (Babylon), and Syria, (Damascus), don't look too promising.  Both are destined for destruction.  And as we have seen over the last several years, that destruction is well underway.

The land trembles and writhes, for the LORD's purposes against Babylon stand-- to lay waste the land of Babylon so that no one will live there. Jeremiah 51:29 NIV

A prophecy against Damascus: "See, Damascus will no longer be a city but will become a heap of ruins. Isaiah 17:1 NIV

As for Iran, (Persia), that nation has its own special destiny which will be fulfilled during the battle of Gog/Magog, (Ezekiel 38/39).  Iran, along with her co-Confederates will be destroyed on the Mountains of Israel by God himself.

World War Three may have already begun in Iraq and Syria
The regional picture is dismal. In Syria, militias backed by the Central Intelligence Agency are fighting those backed by the Pentagon. British, Jordanian and American special forces are fighting various enemies in Libya, which, as a failed state, is little more than a nascent Iraq likely to metastasize in its neighbors. But Iraq remains the center of what Jordanian King Abdullah now refers to as the Third World War. It is where Islamic State was birthed, and where the United States seems to be digging in for the long haul.

US Sends B-52 Bombers to Qatar for ISIS Fight
The U.S. Air Force deployed B-52 bombers to Qatar on Saturday to join the fight against Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, the first time they have been based in the Middle East since the end of the Gulf War in 1991. U.S. Air Forces Central Command said it last flew the long-range bombers operationally in the region in May 2006 as part of the war in Afghanistan, and during a U.S.-led military exercise in Jordan in May 2015. "The B-52 demonstrates our continued resolve to apply persistent pressure on Daesh and defend the region in any future contingency," said Air Force Lieutenant General Charles Brown, commander of U.S. Air Forces Central Command. Daesh is the Arabic acronym for the Islamic State militant movement.
