Abbas and Fatah Encourage 'Religious War' over Temple Mount

Prophecy Sign:  The coming prophetic Middle-East War(s)

There may be a preliminary battle to be fought between Israel and her immediate Arab neighbors just prior to the Gog/Magog war of Ezekiel 38/39.  In fact, this battle may be part of a cascading series of events leading to the much large Gog/Magog war.  An Israeli attack on the Iranian nuclear facilities, (Jeremiah 49:35-36), might well lead to a battle between the Iranian proxies, (see chart above), and Israel, (Psalm 83), which then folds into the much larger Ezekiel event.

O God, do not remain silent; do not turn a deaf ear, do not stand aloof, O God.  See how your enemies growl, how your foes rear their heads.  With cunning they conspire against your people; they plot against those you cherish.  “Come,” they say, “let us destroy them as a nation, so that Israel’s name is remembered no more.” Psalm 83:1-4 NIV

Abbas and Fatah Encourage 'Religious War' over Temple Mount
Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is continuing to openly encourage a religious war to gain exclusive Muslim control over Jerusalem's Temple Mount, the holiest site in Judaism. The Temple Mount also houses the Al Aqsa Mosque and Islamic complex, which are built atop the ruins of two Jewish temples. Islamist groups, along with the PA and its supporters, have sought to deny any Jewish connection to the site, claiming it is a Muslim or "Palestinian" holy site. Muslim extremists have also waged a violent campaign aimed at preventing growing number of Jewish visitors from accessing the site, while systematically destroying ancient Jewish artifacts.

IDF puts finishing touches on mass evacuation plan in case of war with Hezbollah
The military has made contingency plans in the eventuality that hostilities are reignited with Hezbollah in Lebanon. Residents of communities that are closest to the border would be evacuated. They would instead be used to quarter soldiers from elite units. The decision to evacuate civilians in the North stems from expert assessments according to which the next round of fighting with the Shi’ite terrorist organization will seriously disrupt the daily routine within Israel. Military planners are in the final stages of putting together detailed evacuation plans, which are due to be soon submitted to the political-civilian leadership for approval.
