Iran: The ‘Americans Are Begging Us for a Deal’

Prophecy Sign:  The emergence of Iran, (Persia/Elam), in the last days

This is what the LORD Almighty says: "See, I will break the bow of Elam, the mainstay of their might. I will bring against Elam the four winds from the four quarters of heaven; I will scatter them to the four winds, and there will not be a nation where Elam's exiles do not go. Jeremiah 49:35-36 NIV

Iran: The ‘Americans Are Begging Us for a Deal’
A top Iranian military leader claims that U.S. officials have been “begging us” to sign a nuclear deal during closed door negotiations with Tehran over its contested nuclear program, according to recent comments made to the Iranian state-controlled media. Mohammad Reza Naghdi, the commander of the Basij, a paramilitary group operating under the wing of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corp (IRGC), recently claimed that the “Americans are begging us for a deal on the negotiation table,” according to comments published in Persian and independently translated for the Washington Free Beacon. Naghdi added that American officials routinely “plea” with Iran in talks and that the United States is negotiating from a position of weakness, according to his comments, which follow earlier reports claiming that Iran’s leading negotiator “frequently shouts” at U.S. officials.

Iran threatens nuclear enrichment expansion if US pursues sanctions
Tehran will resume the expansion of its uranium enrichment capacity should Washington introduce more sanctions against the country, Iran’s senior diplomat told reporters at the country’s embassy in Moscow. “Naturally, if there is no agreement on the issue [Iran’s nuclear program] then both sides can return back to their previous positions,” the general director of Iran’s Foreign Ministry Political and International Security Department, Hamid Baedinejad said. “Iran can continue to develop its nuclear program from the perspective that benefits the country’s national interests. Iran will continue its development and we will install more centrifuges.” Earlier on Tuesday, Iran’s parliament passed a bill asking the government to resume all nuclear activities if US imposes new sanctions.
