Can Russia control the weather? Climate researcher says CIA fears hostile nations are triggering floods and droughts

Prophecy Sign:  Anomalous Weather patterns - (Roaring/Tossing Seas)

Has any one global issue been such a hotly contested and fiercely debated issue as Global Warming/Climate Change?  People that are dubious of the man-made nature of climate change are labeled as "deniers" akin to Holocaust deniers.  Hey maybe there is something to all this climate change, but could it be nations using climate as hostile weapons? Or is it just the Sun in one of the weakest solar cycles in recent memory?

There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. Luke 21:25 NIV

Can Russia control the weather? Climate researcher says CIA fears hostile nations are triggering floods and droughts
If it seems like it never stops raining, blame the Russians. Or even the North Koreans. CIA chiefs fear hostile nations are trying to manipulate the world’s weather, a conference heard. A leading academic has told how he got a mysterious phone call asking whether foreign countries could be triggering droughts or flooding. Professor Alan Robock, from Rutgers University in New Jersey, said: ‘Consultants working for the CIA rang and said we’d like to know if someone is controlling the world’s climate would we know about it?  ‘Of course they were also asking - if we control someone else’s climate would they then know about it.’ The professor is one of many scientists from around the world are actively looking at manipulating the weather as a way of combating climate change.

Bad news for warmists: Sun has entered 'weakest solar cycle in a century'
The conceit that human production of carbon dioxide is capable of driving the earth’s climate is running smack into the sun. CO2 accounts for a mere 0.039% of the atmosphere, while the sun accounts for 99.86% of all of the mass in our entire solar system.

Worst drought in 1,000 years forecasted for the U.S.
Columbia University climate scientists Jason Smerdon and Benjamin Cook, and Cornell University’s Toby Ault were co-authors on the study. They took data from tree rings and other environmental records of climate from the Southwest and compared them to the projections of 17 different climate models that look at precipitation and soil moisture. When they made the comparison between past and future, they found that all the models agreed: the next big megadrought is coming, and it will be way worse than anything we've seen in over 1,000 years--including droughts that have been credited with wiping out civilizations.
