European countries condemn anti-Semitic attacks amid Gaza conflict, German mosque investigated for ‘murder’ sermon

Prophecy Sign:  The global increase in hatred of the Jews - which will result in a second Holocaust

As things heat up in the Epi-Center between Israel and the Palestinians/Hamas, we have noticed an almost equal rise in antisemitism globally, and most notably, in Western Europe.  Hate filled protests and demonstrations against the Jewish state and the Jewish people have occurred in such diverse places as Calgary, Canada to London, England, and from Paris, France to the heart of Germany.  Many of these protests have degenerated into outright vitriol towards Jews living anywhere in the world, (not just towards those in Israel).

Bible prophecy indicates that this trend will continue to the point of yet another world wide holocaust as the future Satanically inspired Antichrist will pursue Jews, (and believers in Jesus Christ), living across the globe and will attempt to kill them all:

When the dragon, (Satan), saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman, (Israel), who had given birth to the male child. Revelation 12:13 NIV

While some Jews will miraculously escape and be divinely protected by God himself, (Revelation 12:14), most will be killed.  In fact, prophecy indicates that 2/3 living in the land, (the Holy Land), will be murdered:

In the whole land,” declares the Lord, “two-thirds will be struck down and perish; yet one-third will be left in it. Zechariah 13:8 NIV

It will also be that all the nations of the world will gather together to fight against God and Israel.  This gathering of the nations is known as the battle of Armageddon, and will be the time when the nations seeking the destruction of Israel and the Jews, will they themselves be destroyed by the return of Jesus Christ:

I will gather all the nations to Jerusalem to fight against it; the city will be captured, the houses ransacked, and the women raped. Half of the city will go into exile, but the rest of the people will not be taken from the city.  Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as he fights on a day of battle. Zechariah 14:2-3 NIV

Subsequent to this battle, a remnant of Jews will be saved and will finally recognize Christ as their Messiah. These are they of which the Apostle Paul wrote about in the book of Romans:

This third I will put into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, ‘They are my people,’ and they will say, ‘The Lord is our God.’”  Zechariah 13:9 NIV

And in this way all Israel will be saved. As it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins." Romans 11:26-27 NIV

Please pray for the Jewish people, (and the Muslim people as well), for both sets of people have some very arduous times ahead, (the Time of Jacobs Troubles - The Tribulation).

European countries condemn anti-Semitic attacks amid Gaza conflict, German mosque investigated for ‘murder’ sermon
The foreign ministers of Germany, France and Italy on Tuesday condemned the rise in anti-Semitic protests and violence over the conflict in Gaza, saying they will do everything possible to combat it in their countries. “Anti-Semitic rhetoric and hostility against Jews, attacks on people of Jewish belief and synagogues have no place in our societies,” German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier, France’s Laurent Fabius and Italy’s Federica Mogherini said in a joint statement issued in Brussels. The three said that while they respect demonstrators’ freedom of speech and right to assemble, they will also do everything possible to fight “acts and statements that cross the line to anti-Semitism, racism and xenophobia.” Since the outbreak of violence between Israel and Hamas, participants at anti-Israel demonstrations across Germany have frequently used anti-Semitic slogans and also called for Jews to be gassed.

Anti-Israel protesters rally across France, defying ban imposed after synagogue clash
Thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters marched in French cities on Saturday to condemn violence in Gaza, defying a ban imposed after demonstrators marched on two synagogues in Paris last weekend and clashed with riot police. A Reuters photographer said demonstrators in northern Paris launched projectiles at riot police, who responded by firing teargas canisters and stun grenades. “We must show that as Muslims, we’re all united" // Shirli Sitbon reports for Haaretz from Paris. Demonstrators also climbed on top of a building and burned an Israeli flag. At least one car was set on fire.

French minister decries ‘anti-Semitic’ Gaza protests
France’s interior minister Monday slammed “intolerable” acts of anti-Semitism after a rally against Israel’s Gaza offensive descended into violence pitting an angry pro-Palestinian crowd against local Jewish businesses. Sunday’s demonstration in the north Paris suburb of Sarcelles was the third to deteriorate in a week, as shops were looted and riot police lobbed tear gas and rubber bullets at the crowd.  The rally had been banned amid concern the Jewish community would be targeted after protesters last weekend tried to storm two synagogues in Paris

Pro-Gaza protests worldwide tainted by anti-Semitism; Calgary organizer to apologize for violence
A leader of Germany’s Jewish community said some of the demonstrators in that country had shown an “explosion of evil and violence-prone hatred of Jews.” Dieter Graumann, president of the Central Council of Jews in Germany, said, “Never in our lives did we believe it possible that anti-Semitism of the most primitive kind would be heard on the streets of Germany.” The protests come amid growing concerns about rising anti-Semitism in much of Western Europe, but particularly in France, fanned by the strong performance of the far-right National Front party, and a perceived rise in anti-Semitic violence.
