Obama's 'big breakthrough' coming by end of year

Prophecy Sign:  The coming seven year covenant of peace

Some interesting developments on the ongoing Israel/Palestinian peace talks; According to reports, Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu will agree to a one year extension to the talks, taking the new deadline into spring of 2015, (Blood Moons anyone??).  That might be all the time Obama needs in order to announce his 'big breakthrough' of a framework agreement which will spell out the details of a future Palestinian state.  The implementation of Palestinian authority would be within 3-5 years, (but bible prophecy says 7).  Stayed tuned.  It's getting close.

He will confirm a covenant with many for one 'seven.' In the middle of the 'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice and offering. And at the temple he will set up an abomination that causes desolation, until the end that is decreed is poured out on him. Daniel 9:27 NIV

Obama's 'big breakthrough' coming by end of year
The Palestinian Authority received a pledge from the U.S. that by the end of 2014, the Obama administration will issue an official written declaration presenting general highlights of a future Palestinian state, a senior Palestinian negotiator told WND.  The negotiator further said the goal is to have the general framework for a deal ironed out by April. The current framework for an Israeli-Palestinian agreement being brokered by Secretary of State John Kerry calls for the phased implementation of more Palestinian sovereignty within three to five years, the negotiator said. As part of the written declaration, the U.S. is set to officially recognize Palestinian rights in eastern sections of Jerusalem, without defining the exact territories that would be eventually handed to the PA. The U.S. will declare on paper that the Jordan Valley territory is “occupied” by Israel and that Palestinians have rights there, the negotiator said.

'Netanyahu, Obama to agree on extension of peace talks'
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and U.S. President Barack Obama are expected to agree on a one-year extension of the current Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations at their White House meeting in early March, Deputy Minister Ofir Akunis (Likud) said at a cultural event in Ramat Gan on Saturday. Speaking of the peace process, Akunis said: "There is no confrontation with the U.S., but there are certainly some fundamental differences of opinion. An Israeli withdrawal to the June 4, 1967, borders would be like a suicidal person jumping off the roof of the Azrieli Towers [a trio of Tel Aviv skyscrapers]. This was never Likud policy -- and will never be."
