White House OKd spying on allies, U.S. intelligence officials say

Prophecy Sign:  World Government

The current man of sin, (not to be confused with the future man of sin), is simply having a bad day, (week, month, year, second term).  His private snoop department, (otherwise known as the NSA), is denying German allegations that President Barack Obama knew and gave the go-ahead to spy away on several dozen world leaders.  Meanwhile the people that actually do the grunt work in the NSA are having nothing to do with this denial and are coming out saying, yes...the White House and State Department certainly did know what was going on.

Well we suppose now the President will simply have to fire all these whistle-blowers for their refusal to toe the party line, (just like all the recent military commanding officers that have been made to walk the proverbial plank - articles below).  If you watch the continuing saga that is the current Obama administration, you will have just a little idea what the real future man of sin, (Antichrist), will be like as the Antichrist goes about reeking havoc on planet earth.

He will become very strong, but not by his own power. He will cause astounding devastation and will succeed in whatever he does. He will destroy those who are mighty, the holy people. Daniel 8:24 NIV

White House OKd spying on allies, U.S. intelligence officials say
The White House and State Department signed off on surveillance targeting phone conversations of friendly foreign leaders, current and former U.S. intelligence officials said Monday, pushing back against assertions that President Obama and his aides were unaware of the high-level eavesdropping. Professional staff members at the National Security Agency and other U.S. intelligence agencies are angry, these officials say, believing the president has cast them adrift as he tries to distance himself from the disclosures by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden that have strained ties with close allies.

Obama ‘knew and approved’ NSA spying on Chancellor Merkel – report
President Obama was aware of NSA spying on German Chancellor Angela Merkel since 2010, German media have revealed. An NSA spokeswoman later denied the allegations. According to German Bild am Sonntag newspaper, which cited US intelligence sources, National Security Agency chief Keith Alexander briefed Obama on the bugging operation against Merkel in 2010. "Obama did not halt the operation but rather let it continue," an unnamed high-ranking NSA official told the newspaper. Moreover, the paper said, the US president later ordered the NSA to prepare a comprehensive dossier on Merkel. That contradicts earlier reports that Obama personally assured Merkel he didn’t know – and that he would have stopped it if he had.

NSA denies agency chief discussed Merkel operation with Obama in 2010
The NSA is denying a report in a German newspaper that the agency’s chief – Gen. Keith Alexander-had informed President Obama in 2010 about the monitoring of German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s phone. NSA spokeswoman Vanee’ Vines told CNN: "Gen. Alexander did not discuss with President Obama in 2010 an alleged foreign intelligence operation involving German Chancellor Merkel, nor has he ever discussed alleged operations involving Chancellor Merkel. News reports claiming otherwise are not true."

Obama left increasingly isolated as anger builds among key US allies
International anger over US government surveillance has combined with a backlash against its current Middle East policy to leave President Obama increasingly isolated from many of his key foreign allies, according to diplomats in Washington. The furious call that German chancellor Angela Merkel made to the White House on Wednesday to ask if her phone had been tapped was the latest in a string of diplomatic rebukes by allies including France, Brazil and Mexico, all of which have distanced themselves from the US following revelations of spying by the National Security Agency. But the collapse in trust of the US among its European and South American partners has been matched by an equally rapid deterioration in its relationships with key allies in the Middle East.

Obama ‘Gutting military’ by purging generals
President Obama this year alone has fired some nine generals and flag officers, on top of at least four similar dismissals during his first term, suggesting that a purge may be the real reason behind the removals, which are being described as cases of personal misbehavior. Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, an outspoken critic of the Obama administration, claims it is part of Obama’s strategy to reduce U.S. standing worldwide.  “Obama is intentionally weakening and gutting our military, Pentagon and reducing us as a superpower, and anyone in the ranks who disagrees or speaks out is being purged,” he charged.
